  Slowest McD I have evet been to. Both the drive thru and instore. Seriously slow on a weekend morning, and more than once too.

  Worst location. It seems like they do not train employees on how to deal with customers. Refused to correct and order and just forced the bag back at me. After looking in it twice the server still didn't clue it to add napkins or straws. Terrible customer service.

  I come here every so often, usually after work around midnight and all the time I come here the lady that works midnight drive thru has such a hard time making food to my desire. I asked for hot fresh fries and she gave me cold stale fries; I paid her and she tried ripping me off 5$. Her attitude needs improvement, it wasn't welcoming nor was it pleasant. Every time I go there I have to ask her to remake my order so my food is hot even though she takes 7 min to make my food. I waited outside in the parking lot. And the man that was mopping the floor came and gave me my food with his gloves on (I'm pretty sure he didn't change his gloves) This is very unhygenic. I'm not going to return to this mcds, this has happened to me one too many times. I will also be reporting this to head office.

  One day in March 2017 I walked in and saw a poster saying free coffee for a limited time. The coffee I got was so bland that it was merely better than hot water. I complained and the cashier could not understand what "watery" means. After a few more tries another server close by listened in and gave me another cup of coffee. I tasted it on the spot and it was awful like the first one. I just walked away and did not order coffee from this sandiford location ever again. I also noticed that the coffee had already been filled in the cups and were arranged on a tray ready to be picked up by the servers. The worst is not the bad coffee but that the two servers had no clue and they did not taste it to verify my concern. They also did not ask their manager to come talk to me.

  It's usually relatively busy unless you go in the evening, which can make service slower. Very nice staff though!!
