  Horrible. Ate a couple slices of pizza this afternoon and my stomach didnt feel right. Few hours later i got really sick. Pizza must be old. Never going back again. Dont advise anyone to eat there either.

  My friend and I had ordered a large chicken Pollo pizza but substituted the chicken for roasted hot peppers and we had sat down inside the restaurant. We were starving but we were prepared to wait 25 minutes as would be the max baking time in my opinion. We had instead waited 45 minutes for a pizza inside the restaurant with no communication that it was taking longer. Even when I had asked about the status of the pizza there was no apology and it seemed like they really forgot about the pizza. Fifteen minutes later when the pizza was completed there was no offering of free sides or anything for the very long delay we had to wait. I don't think I will visit any pizza nova if this is how customer service is at this establishment.

  I love this place. There pizzas are very fresh, hot and tasty. Specially the staff is very nice and cook is great.

  I worked 4 kilometres away from the place I was going to order pizza for my crew,but the dispatcher told me they won't deliver here....weird. Where do these people deliver to?
