  Ordered a Teen combo with fries and a root beer. Went to pay for the order, and the til went down. Checked my phone to go on the wifi, their network was down, so now they weren't able to clear orders off the tracker. Despite this, the staff soldiered on as best they could, despite two huge A**hole customers who wanted refunds or extra food, despite being told that it would probably be longer than expected.
  
  I was there after an 8 hour work shift, and I had no problems happily waiting for my order which took about 10 minutes, but the two older gentlemen, one with his two sons, had to have their food in their faces before they got in the door. Again, despite being told it would talk longer.
  
  I'd love to see those two try and memorize two in restaurant orders as well as the 6 car orders lined up outside. They probably never worked a day in customer service.
  
  Food made my day, service was courteous as always. No music playing, hence the 4 star. But that's on the restaurant, not the workers.
  
  This happened Sept 14/16. Hope those two jerks see it.

  I went here for dinner this past saturday and I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I received food poisoning from having a burger and onion rings there and spent the whole night over the toilet and had to call off work for Sunday.

  Food and service has always been good without doubt if it hasn't been the male staff making a mess spilling ketchup on the cabinet and on the floor when 'cleaning' up the used utensils. He actually went straight to the order counter to handle a new order without washing his hands. The ketchup mess was left as is even he came back minutes later. It became a bigger mess after other people tread over the ketchup on the floor. I have to bring it to another staff member's attention and was cleaned up immediately. I was made aware that the staff who made the mess was in fact the 'Manager'.

  I asked the manager if their chicken patties inside the burger are blended chicken (similar to chicken nuggets) or actual chicken with lines that are similar to Wendy's chicken patties. He didn't understand my question at all and just said they don't have chicken nuggets. I repeated my question 2 more times and he gave me a food facts report that was at least 5 pages long. It baffles me how a manager do not know the products he is selling. Have you never had your own burger? He tried to move me aside to read the report while he serves the customers behind me. I ended up ordering a teen burger instead because I am not going to waste my time reading a 5 pages report that only list out ingredients used in the burger. This fast food chain is obvsiouly understaffed because they had trouble keeping up with orders and they had to remake orders from drive thru. My suggestion is that the manager should be trained more and schedule in more staff in the future. Hopefully they can show some improvement next time I visit.
